PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- The city of Portland suspended its law against food trucks tonight for a Food Network show.

The Food Network is taping the finale episode of The Great Food Truck Race season three.

The race started in Los Angeles.

Portland is the seventh city that Nonna's Kitchenette has been to... And they got here three hours ahead of the food truck team in second place after winning a challenge last week.

These three friends from New Jersey were given the truck for the competition and are hoping to sell enough italian meat balls to win the race and the truck.

Nonna's Kitchenette food truck team says they will be in Portland until the shows host says the competition is over.
