Sarah Jarosz is a singer/songwiter and virtuoso musician who has had several Prairie Home Companion appearances as well as an appearance on Austin City Limits. Her first CD, Song Up in Her Head, was released in 2009 and the song "Mansinneedof" was nominated for a Grammy Award in the category of Best Country Instrumental Performance.
Jarosz was in Maine to perform at the Talbot Lecture Hall at University of Southern Maine.
