Photo Gallery | 3rd Annual Fit at 5k

PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - Hundreds of people  turned out in Portland September 29, for this year's Fit at 5k.

The event, now in its third year, kicked off at 9 am at Payson Park. Close to 400 people signed up, many making it their first official 5k.

Proceeds went to benefit the Special Olympics Maine, and three Special Olympians took part in the race. Among the hundreds of people who turned out, NEWS CENTER's Bill Green, Tim Goff and Amy Sinclair.
